While we’re based in Alice Springs, we understand that support needs don’t always follow boundaries. In some cases, we may be able to support individuals in nearby areas or connect you with services through our local network. If you’re outside Alice Springs and want to discuss options, feel free to reach out. We’ll talk through what’s possible and do our best to guide you, even if it means pointing you in the direction of someone who can help.
We accept referrals from a range of people, including support coordinators, allied health professionals, family members, and individuals themselves. Whether you’re a formal provider or just someone helping out a loved one, you’re welcome to send us a referral. We don’t require a specific format, as long as we have enough details to understand the person’s needs and how we can help, we’ll take it from there and follow up for anything extra.
Yes, we understand that support isn’t always needed during standard business hours. Depending on the service and individual needs, we can arrange early morning, evening or weekend supports. Flexibility is something we value, especially when it helps someone maintain their routine or attend important events. If you’re needing assistance outside regular hours, let us know what times work for you, we’ll do our best to organise a plan that fits in with your lifestyle.
We believe the right match can make a huge difference. That’s why we take the time to get to know each person and understand what they’re looking for, not just in terms of support needs, but also personality, interests, and communication styles. When assigning a worker, we consider these things carefully to help build a good connection from the start. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re open to feedback and can always explore other options to find a better fit.
We love the NDIS because it helps us support people in ways that truly matter.
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we operate and recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.
